My DH took the DS and it came back to the SR screen. He forgot to click where it says "Take Me Back to SR" and walked away from the computer so his session timed out. It let him try to take some other surveys and now there is none available. Does he still get credit for the first one?

Did he get the congrats screen? And then not click out of that? I would say as long as he got the congrats screen he should be ok.

Yes he got the congrats screen but didn't click out of that. Thanks for the help, I'll keep my fingers crossed and move on to the other 2 surveys that I take.

Your welcome. My thought is that the congrats screen is what "register's" that your ID has taken a DS. Once that is received nothing else should matter.
Now that's just my 2 cents (ha ha) and as long as I've gotten that screen I've been ok.

You don't need to worry about clearing cookies for the DS, just OTX and Your Two Cents. Daily Surveys track by user ID. Daily Surveys have not posted yet today (at least I hope they haven't, because I haven't seen a credit yet).

I don't know what is going on. I have not gotten credit for DS yesterday nor for the one I took on 6/20/09. AND I got new email addy and have tried at least 25 offers and only 1 has credited!! I am on vacation and using a dial up service would that have any effect???

My greenfield credits have all been crediting as I think they're supposed to...sometime the following day and weekend ones on the following monday. I was able to take a greenfield survey this Mon. 6/22, (yesterday and today as well!) but my Monday Greenfield still hasn't credited...

Not sure if this is usual or if it's something that needs to be fixed???? or if something is going on with the greenfield surveys????

GF had some issues the week before last so I think that may be the case. You can usually check it out by hitting the new posts button at the top and seeing any of the survey type threads that people will post in to check and see if everyone is missing credits. As of right now I havent' seen anything for Monday's survey, I'm sure Tricia will let us know if it's going to continue being an issue on GF's end.

Don't worry about asking questions we were all new here once!

I did the GF daily survey on Friday 6/19 and also yesterday 6/23 and neither have credited. I'm positive both finished and got the SR confirmation screen. Anything i can do?

Not really; just wait!! Can't file trouble tickets for GF. Hopefully these credits will show up at a later date. Maybe the credits are stuck again - I know I haven't gotten credit for 6/22 yet, probly others in the same boat.

GF is still having problems getting the credits to us. I've been trying for two days to get our system to connect with theirs. :( If it doesn't work soon, I will manually process them all again. It just takes so long to do it that way. But they did send them to me in a spreadsheet so that I can do it if I have to.

I merged all of the threads that dealt with this subject. I am looking to see if I can come up with an answer on whether or not there is an overall issue with the GF surveys not crediting today and I will let you know.

I haven't gotten my credit for the Daily Survey from Monday yet either. :eek: so I am glad it isn't a me issue!

I am trying very hard to get $100.44 by the end of this month, so have been spazing that the credit has not posted. After it posts and the one from today, I will only have about $5 to go, woohoo! :cooldance:

There is a thread about this but I don't know where it is at the moment. DS haven't credited for 3 days, but I'm sure they'll be coming. Probably stuck again.

Hopefully GF will correct the situation soon and we can all stop being so stressed. Seriously, how many times have you checked your account these last few days to see if the DS has credited? I've stopped counting. But with Tricia and the SR team on our side, I'm sure everything will work out and those credits will come pouring in! :sunshine:

I <3 Sunshine Rewards! I was skeptical last June when I signed up thinking I was really not going to earn any money, but when I had a $50 gift card when we were at Disney last year, I was hooked. I was hoping to do 200 before this year's trip, but if I can do 150, I will be happy! Keep up the good work! :D

We are headed there in Sept too. I joined last year and cashed in when we had an unexpected death in the family so it helped for our drive to Ohio for eatting food out on the way. So my balance got low low and no Disney but this year I vow to use it only our for Disney trip in September.

I gather that GF is having some sort of problem with their system. I think tricia mentioned earlier that it is going to take them a while to get it fixed, unfortunately.
