Hi All.....I did the FREE T-shirt offer from Vista Print (7/25), used my cc to pay the $4.41 for shipping....got my credit for it and got my t-shirt. Now along comes my statement (online) and I see a charge yesterday for $14.95 on 8/29 from VistaPrintRewards!

Anyone have any insite on this??

I did not buy anything else, nor received anything else. But I did a search on "Vista Print Rewards" and there is some scuttlebutt about people joining the rewards program and not knowing....do you think that's what I did?? Doesn't say a think under "my account" on Vista either?? Wicked confused!! :confused:

I had an email about this and I cancelled it. I've copied and pasted it here so you can see if you had one too. I also got another letter telling me my trial was about up, blah, blah blah. I called and cancelled it and I don't think they have charged me yet. Now, I found these letters in my BULK mail and I'm just happy I caught them.

I remember when I did the order there was a screen that came up asking about something and after I clicked yes, I realized that might not have been the thing to do. It wasn't clear at the time of ordering what this was about.

Hopefully you can call and complain and get the charge reversed.

I have seen several places that have this at the end of their shopping process. It is a box that says something along the lines of "click here to recieve your $10 credit for..." when you click on it they are asking you to join a certain type of program. I think you may have accidently joined. I would call and cancel. Explain that you weren't intending to join but thought is was part of your purchase process and maybe they will credit you back.
