I received a reward in the mail today that I have some questions about. I went ahead and opened a TT about it. Is that okay or should I communicate my questions here?

It is always better to open a TT for things that specific to your account because then they can access your account through the trouble ticket and answer your question.

Me too, Tricia! :cooldance: I already have my WDW trip paid off so the gift card can be used for souvenirs and for my DD6's birthday gifts. In any event, thanks again to both you and Cindy for looking into it for me. I really appreciate it!:hugs:
