Game Stop Question

I preordered a video game from Game Stop through SR on 6/14/09. I selected store pickup as my shipping choice. I picked the game up when it was released on 6/24/09. I have not received credit for my purchase in my SR acct. Is this because we picked up the order? Or should I have received credit and just need to do a trouble ticket?

Angie any update? Thought it might be nice to know if in-store pickup was an option to receive SR credits with Gamestop. :)
