? about referrals and credit

Hi Tricia (or anyone else who can help).

My cousin signed up for sunshine and only put in my email address where referal code should go. does this mean I won't be able to get credit for her signing up????? She misunderstood how to imput the information and I would hate to lose that credit.

Any help/ideas.

I think my cousin did the same thing. She has emailed me about 5 times saying I don't know what I did wrong. LOL!

Unfortunately, we can't change them once people sign up. :( The problem is that we have this happen ALL the time. I probably get about 10 trouble tickets/forum posts/emails total each week for people asking me to go in and change their referrals because they didn't use the right link or enter the right userid. In the beginning, I used to go into the database and change them all. But we are just too big now. I'm very sorry! She could always close out her account and then sign up again using the right link. Especially if she hasn't started earning yet.

Yes, she would still get it. In fact, if you give her the special contest referral link, she would actually get 2.50.
