Anyone done this one? This week-end I decided that I was looking a little wrinkled and thought about trying this one. Any experiences?

Not really to your bank statement but you do pay by electronic check. That sort of scares me. I really wanted to try this but not so sure now.

how about buying wrinkle cream from sephora. the payout isn't as good but if you don't like it you can return it within 60 days for your money back.

That's what I love about Arbonne. No SR credits, but with my consultant discount and the ability to get my money back within 45 days for absolutely any reason (or none at all) it is sure easy and safe to try new things.

Although the payout on some of these offers sure do make them tempting... what's a girl to do?!

Nutritional Science labs has some good products too and they have the guarantee with them. I've tried three of their products and like them all so far.

I actually did try this one. I used my online account for the shipping and I did get charged, but I haven't received the product yet. Has anyone done this and received it? I have many different products I use but I always love trying new ones, I was looking forward to this, but I don't want to get charged 50 if I didn't even get a sample!:headache:
Please help!

I think I would call them and tell them I did not get the sample. Did you get credit? What is the your online account? Is it a bank or something?

OMG, i should have read this one first. i just ordered it. i hope i get my sample, and the credits for it. it is under the quick credit section. hmmm, i will be waiting now and worrying about this.

I broke down and did it Sunday, the credit comes very fast. Just hope the product comes as quick. If not I am going to call them.

I just did this offer today. How quickly did yours credit? Did you receive the product? Did you like it? Any info would be greatly appreciated....:sunshine:

The credit showed up as pending within a few hours or less. I did this one on Sept. 9 and have yet to get the product. I am going to call them in the morning to see what is up. Many times when I call and have not received the produce they will extend the trial time.

Oh oh...that isn't good that you haven't received the sample...hmmm....hope you get it soon. Post again with what you find out if you don't mind. :angel:

I think this is the one I did last month. I never received the product. I called and cancelled 1 day before the trial because I never got it. They told me that it was not even sent out yet.....

I did get credit. Hopefully it will not be taken away because I cancelled. They charged me for shipping (which never happened.)

I really wanted to try this. But not mailing the product out before your trial is over is ridiculous.

oh wow, i just went and read the fine print. duh, just learned a good lesson.
i think i will be calling tomorrow. yeah, i really thought i was getting a free sample bottle, and not a trial.

I never rec'd the product either after being charged for shipping. Ordered it on 9/3 and just called yesterday, 9/19, to follow-up. Was not told anything about the shipment, they only wanted to know if I wanted to cancel. The phone conversation was a little unsettling, let's just say I am concerned that I gave this company my bank information.

Did anyone ever receive this item? Any info on this company that may make me feel more comfortable about them?

Wish I could help you feel better. I have tried to call them four times and have never gotten a person on the line. I have e-mailed them twice and have not received an answer. Am going to try again today. I checked my bank account last night and I have not been charged. I'm not very happy.

There is something strange about that phone number. When I dialed it from my work phone, the call does not go through. Does not even ring.

But I could get through to them on my cell phone. Gee I hope I do not get in trouble at work for calling a # that apparently has some sort of block on it.

Let me know if you have any luck. Think i'll be keeping an eye on both my checking account and now cell phone accounts on line for awhile.

This is sounding worse and worse. I tried to call from my work phone for two days and the number did not work. I called from home last night and got a recording that went on for ever saying the same funny thing and then it hung up on me. Called back and the recording said that they were closed. It was 15 to 20 minutes before they said they would be closed. I am going to try again later on the work phone and then my cell.

I would go ahead and tell your credit card company to block any charges from them. Then if they try to charge you, it won't go through and they will just have to drop it. I just pulled down the offer. I have a feeling that they got in over their heads.

i was just coming to post, that i found their email. so i will be calling, once i fgure out what 9 cst time is to my est time. LOL

but i think i will call my bank and put a stop payment on that check.

i have a bad memory though, we did not have to put a check number right? it was just the routing and acct num. is this correct?

and would the charges be from momentum?

Just got off the phone with the people from Momentum. The guy at the numberin the offer is of no help at all. He could not answer my questions. He finally gave me the number to the shipping/accounting department.
I also ask him why they did not accept calls from watts lines, or what everthey call those long distance lines at work not. He studdered and said that they took all calls. I told them I hate to call people a lier but no they did not.
Called shipping/accounting(on my work line, funny it rang this time), first guy must have been sitting right next to her because she had my information in hand. She said that the product is backordered and they would cancel for me. I ask how long it was backordered for and she said at least a month. If you have done this offer call shipping/accounting at 281-356-9939. Now if they take our credits I will really be mad.

i just called the regular number, and he told me they could not canx my order til the trial period was over. he said i have to wait til the 24, end of my trial period to canx. but he said he would make a note of this.

this does not make sense. and i have not received the product to be on the trial yet. and he did not tell me there was a back order.

i don't remember asking for a check number. but i am going to call the bank now. i hate to do this, because they charge to stop payment. but i would rather that then this company trying to go into my bank accounts.

they each cost around $6.50 and last about 3 months for me.

drugstore dot com has them for $6.99 (5% SR back), but I can usually get them on sale at Rite Aid or Walgreens for buy one get one 50% off, so check local listings to compare what would be best savings.

Not to toot my own horn, but I"m 38 and was carded last weekend, so I'm guessing they work well :rotfl:

i just called c/s again and got the same guy. so this company must be very small. but anyway, i canx it and he said he would canx my order and i would not be charged anything in the future, except my shipping and handling. which is not right, because they did not even ship it yet,so they could canx.

i tried again to call shipping and accounting, but again, no luck there.

Oh, I am so mad.

They have hit my checking account for $49.95!!!! This is addition to the $2.79 they took out earlier for shipment of the trial, and I still have never red'd a thing from them.

I cannot even call them from work since they block incoming calls from the line here. My cell phone gets rotten reception from work too.

Heads up to the others that tried this offer.

I have not been charged anything, I did the offer Sept. 9. The woman I talked to said that the product was backordered and she could not even tell me when it would be available.

I could just cry.

Not only did they hit me for $49.95 yesterday, but now a 58.93 debit has been made today.

I called them earlier today, before I know about the new debit. When I called and cancelled earlier this month, I did not have my reference # with me. He looked up my name. Well he got the wrong Laura Miller, because the email address and shipping address he read back to me was not mine.

Now this debit. I trying to call again and all I get is "All circuits are busy".

I really thought when I talked to them earlier it was an honest mistake, but now I am very concerned.
