Has anyone actually gotten a $500 gift card?

Hello-
I'm new here and having a great time! I've found the answers to almost all of my questions here in the forum, but haven't stumbled on to this answer yet...

Has anyone ever signed up for the silver/gold/platinum offers and actually received the $500 gift card (or other expensive item) advertised? I'm genuinely interested in some of the offers and if I found the right combination of offers I might sign up...but I wanted to make sure there wasn't some loophole where I wouldn't actually get the giftcard or whatever.

The fine print says you have to get X amount of people to sign up under you to get the prize. Its not worth it to me so I've never tried.

I've never known anyone to get the card because of the requirements of getting other people to sign up under you.

I did everything for a Converse $125 GC which was approved to be sent in June but so far I have received nothing. I keep asking about it and if there is anything else I need to do and they say no it will be sent but they are just behind. They try to get cards sent within 6-8 weeks after they are verified to be mailed. Obviously it is well over that period and now they won't give me any hints about if or when to expect it. I will not be trying for any others since I am doubting that I will ever see the one I qualified for.
