SM/ Your 2 Cents Survey Issue

When I was trying to get my OTX survey earlier, I accidentally clicked on the Your Two Cents link instead and it took me to Surveyhead prequalification questions. Has anyone else had this happen?

The same thing happened to me with the SM survey. It told me I didn't qualify in 3 different languages.

I'm getting taken to survey head as well. I didn't continue on though.

I got the same thing but went ahead and completed a survey. It credited as 2cents a few minutes after the hour as usual...weird.

Same thing happened to DH. He took the survey anyway and got credit at the top of the hour.

Very strange. No options to check... and it doesn't hold my demographics. I hate to say this given the long thread going on today about SR needing us to do surveys, but it's not worth the aggravation to deal with that site for .60. :(

SR has to be 1) fun and 2) easy! That is *not* easy.

I'm checking into what is going on. It looks like it is rerouting people to a different survey that I was just about to load. I think I can swap it out for a YourTwoCents from a different advertiser at the same rate. I'm working on a hotel wireless, so it may take me a bit. :)

But I just switched out that second daily survey to go through a different company. Plus, I added the new research study as an offer. It looks to be crediting REALLY well.

When I click on the research survey it went to the same survey that 2cents was going to. I did that and it did not credit for me. Is that the one you are saying credits well? I do not want to waste another 30 minutes on the same things. Thanks.

I think that it is the same one. As far as I can tell. It didn't credit for you as one of your daily surveys?

I just did the whole SM survey on restaurants right down to the very end and it booted me saying I didn't qualify. Off to try OTX!

This is what got after taking it, but it did not credit for me. That is why I did not want to get stuck again. Research Project: TV Test - USA [ID: 3620, for me this goes into the survey that did not credit. I took the new SM that you loaded and that did not credit either for me, I finished it at 8:55 and still nothing. I did the Tv research got the same survey as the 1st time I did the SM tonight, and that did credit. Did anyone try the new one Trish loaded for SM and have it credit or not credit. I hope this does not so confusing.

i finished a sm survey this afternoon at around 12:15, got the congrats page but the congrats page said daily survey and it was not thru my 2 cents plus i did not get credit for it. will this credit as a ds tomorrow or should i try for another one (that one was the first one i got into all day and it took a long time just to get that one)? any thoughts and answers would be greatly appreciated. :thanks: and HELP.:confused:

Trish added a new daily survey last night, two cents was redirecting. I took the new one and it did not credit for me. I had asked that question last night. Two cents is back to directing right today. Trish can you change it back, its not crediting. Marcy you can do your DS they are different surveys.

At this point, I don't think that GiveUsYourTwoCents is crediting anywhere. We've tried two different networks. It must be a Greenfield problem, which they won't even bother to look at until tomorrow. But we'll stay on top of the networks to get the credits for the completed surveys from the weekend.

Thanks for letting us know. I did one, it didn't credit, waited two hours, cleared cookies, did another... still no credit :computer:

We will not know until they investigate tomorrow.
