Regular OTX v AMP

In addition to moving the regular daily surveys, we have the opportunity to move over our OTX surveys to the new place and have them go through AMP. These would continue to be hourly postbacks.

I want to get your thoughts on AMP v OTX. Is there any difference? Does one credit better than another for you?

No difference for me really. OTX hasn't been easy for me lately, so I'm up for a change.

The biggest difference that I see from the 2 is MTC does not have as many surveys as AMP does. If you can get 20 a month with MTC you are lucky, I think AMP has a better chance of people getting more surveys. Both of course you go through all the ?ds, if I was going to pick the better I have to say AMP.

Interesting! For us, the difference is that the MTC company always kind of puts us off when we complain about not getting credits. The AMP people actually respond to us and don't act like we are just stupid girls. The payout is the same.

If in general it sounds like it would be okay with all of you, I think we will move over those MTC to AMP.

I've not had any problems with Amp. And, until last weekend, I never had any problems with MTC either.

LOL Lisa the SM daily survey moved to a new provider that doesn't post on the hour anymore.

I think this thread is about changing the OTX to AMP and I am not sure what that has to do with Your Two Cents because that one is gone now.

I think this might clear things up. EXCEPT...I thought AMP and OTX were the same LOL. When I take OTX I get an ending page that says AMP so I guess I can't really give any opinion since I don't know if I have ever taken anything but an OTX.

I've never noticed any difference between the two, except for the name.

Right now when you click on our OTX survey, you get the brand "My Thought Counts." But we can change it to the "AMP" landing page. Same surveys. Just a different brand name on them. It's the exact same thing as us changing over those second daily surveys. Still Greenfield, just a different brand name on it.

I'm new to this as I have just joined at the begining of the month. When I'm trying for an OTX i get through some of it and then land at the AMP survery which have offers that I skip and usually end up at the very end at eversave. Does this make any sense to anyone. I'm figuring I'm not finishing a survey then as nothing has credited. What am I doing right or wrong. Thanks for helping one confused girl. :)

You aren't doing anything wrong but you don't have to go through the AMP survey part of the survey as it stands now. I get sent to that at the end of a completed survey and when I don't complete one. The difference is that when one is completed I will get a page thanking me for completing a survey before the AMP pops up.


I think you should use whoever is going to be the easiest for you to work with Tricia. I have never noticed a difference and it doesn't matter to me but if one is easier than the other it will make all the difference in the world.

So far,I like amp better. They gave me many more options without booting me.
