Why am I not getting credit?

I have done 2 surveys in the last week that I haven't gotten credit for.:headache:

I have had paid signups credit though. One of the surveys was from a sunshine email that was sent to me about survey credits. I clear my cookies everytime before I log onto SR. This is getting frustrating...I just want a few more dollars so I can cash out for another Disney GC, and I have to cash out by the end of July just to be safe!

were they OTX surverys?? My last 2 OTX did not credit either. And i'm having a very hard time qualifiying for any more! Good luck! i hope you get something soon!

I don't know why, but I usually only get credit for maybe half of the OTX and 2 cents surveys that I finish. The daily surveys are great at crediting but these other 2 are a pain in the butt sometimes.
