technical issues, cookies

not sure if this is the right place, but, how do you clear cookies? i have windows vista. thanks in advance.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, and I have version IE7, this is how I clear:

Tools ---> Internet Options ---> General Tab ---> Browsing History Section ---> Click the "Delete" button. This will open another window where you can clear Temp files, History, Cookies, etc.

I usually clear Temp Internet Files, History and Cookies. I leave the Form Data and Passwords one alone.

There are also programs you can get to clear things out, such as CCleaner (?) and anti spyware programs are good to run every few days or every day even. SpyBot, AdAware and AVG are good, and free.

There is a sticky at the top of this section "Common software and where to find them" by m'n'c, who rocks at research and organization btw! That is a good place to start.
