Trouble Ticket Question

I ordered a gift basket but had it delivered a few days after the date I placed it on. I don't have anything pending in my account but before I submitted a TT I had a question. Do I go by the 10 days from the day I ordered it or 10 days from the day it was received?

I usually go by 10 days from the order if it ships within a day or two.
