How long do you wait after a shopping order to file a TT? I have a Crocs order from 7-17 that is not pending yet. Do you wait 30 days?? thanks

No you only have to wait 10 days. I would go ahead and file a TT for that one, especially if they aren't on back order or something that would hold up the shipment. If they have shipped and you haven't gotten credit then there is an issue. Go ahead and file the TT. Good Luck!

Thanks for the answer. All that is required seems to be beyond my computer ability, so I guess filing a TT is out of the question. I wanted the Crocs anyway, so no big deal. Now that I think about it, I have tried before and that is why I didn't know how long you had to wait. Again, thanks for the quick answer!
