We discovered tonight that one of our networks is erroring out when we try to get reports from the. We filed a help ticket with them but will not hear back until Monday now. :( It's about 15% of our shopping credits, starting on August 11. So don't be worried if you are missing some right now. :)

Any update on this? I have an order that is more than ten days old that hasn't shown up yet, but I don't want to do a TT if you know there are still problems with the credits.

Further complicating things is that it is Land's End, who is no longer with us. :(

Everything is pretty much caught up to right before the weekend. Angie can certainly check on the Land's End, but if it didn't come through, they probably will not pay us for it now. :(

I was afraid of that, but that's OK. I'll file a TT to see if she can track it down, but I know it is a long shot. Thanks!

Tricia - I had an order on Kohls for a GC; we get credit for this right?? I order the GC on 8/11... I can put in a TT; just thought I'd ask before I submitted it.

All of the credit delay issues have been resolved so go ahead and file a TT and they will work on getting your credit!

i was hoping my VB credit was one of the delayed credits. guess not :( i won't be ordering from them again.

I've never had a problem with VB. Maybe it was a fluke?

could be, but my TT is well over 30 days old and there's been no response from VB.
