Help with Trouble Ticket headers?

I know someone knows the answer to this, but I am drawing a blank right now.

I can't remember how to get the headers in my TT that I need to file. I remember that I need to get the headers in there, but now how to do it.

The email in question is in my Road Runner account. Thanks!

For Road Runner e-mail, open the message, then click View, then Options. The header will be in the window that opens.
