I just watched it, looks great! :) That was interesting about the grade of cinnamon you typically get at the store - I can't wait to try this one!

I wonder if it is a different cinnamon though? My receipt said Saigon Vietnamese Cinnamon :confused: Sounds very exotic! I can't wait to try it! :)
