OTX problems

Several times this past week I have tried and tried for OTX. I will not have gotten through one, but will get the message that I have already completed their survey, or exceeded the amount allowed or something. Anyone have any advice on this? I keep trying after not getting through one, but I thought we could do that.

I've had that happen a few times, but it's usually after my husband raises the security on the computer. :rotfl: Recheck your cookie settings, and makesure they are enabled. then clear and start again. sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't. OTX is so touchy at times!
