referal forgot complete e-mail info when signing up, what can we do?

She has sent an e-mail to help@sunshinerewards telling them that she forgot to complete e-mail adress. She was in a hurry and forgot to put the @*****.com part. :( She tried to re-register however she couldn't
Does anyone have a suggestion?
