Anyone try just within the last 30 minutes or so have GF and 2cents going into a mywebsearch page? I get it now on both surveys. Do not know what it is, anyone else having this happen. Thanks for any help.

I already did my DS for the day but went to check it out. The link takes me to this web address http://network.thinkaction.com/z/3010/CD1989/11197 where it says this link is broken.

It must be something on their end becuase I have the same thing. I was hoping to get a DS in today. Oh well, I guess DH will try to take the other survey - AMP.

I am going to shoot this into the mod forum so Tricia will see it first thing. Unfortunately since it is a weekend and Greenfield works a standard M-F 8-5 workday it might not get fixed until Monday. Just try to be patient and check back to see if Tricia has any updates.

It looks like the entire Greenfield server is down. AMP/MyThoughtCounts seems to be okay.

Hopefully when their entire server goes down, GF has 24 hour technical support to bring it back up. I can't imagine that they don't given how much money they make.

Thanks for checking into this Tricia - I was just glad to see that it was not me having a problem. I have had way too many computer issues the past couple of months and I am a little edgy when things don't go as they should. I will have DH take the other survey. If they don't get it fixed until Monday, I will have the weekend off.
