Did they not want to work with SR anymore? Or were they such a pain about crediting you took them off?

I ordered once and was very pleased with product, but they took a long time to give the credit. But I wanted to order again today and lo and behold, they aren't on the craft shopping page anymore?

I pulled them because we did not get some credits. But then they fixed it. :) I'll make a note to add them back today.
