I filed a TT 2-3 days ago, and i just realized it was closed. it says credit approved and posted, but i went back 3 pages in my account history and i don't see the credit anywhere. someone please enlighten the dummy here, i know i'm missing something in my sleep-deprived state.

Sometimes it is on the first page (ie most current page) in your account history. I'm sure you checked there but thought I'd throw it out there.

i did cate, but thanks. i have bronchitis and have not been sleeping well, so my overlooking it is not out of the realm of possibility, lol.

Did you see the bump in the credits in your account yet? It could be that the credit was put through today but hasn't actually posted to your account yet and will hit when the script runs. If you have seen the boost in credits and still can't find the credit then I am at a loss...LOL

thank you! the bump in my account hasn't appeared, so when it said approved and posted, i was totally confused as to where it could be. the script needing to run tonight hadn't even crossed my mind! this is why i love you guys-you always have the answers! :hugs:

Your best bet is to submit a TT under Account Inquiry and not Request Credit. Give her all of the information including the TT number for the one she closed and she can find out where the credit is.

problem solved, it should have been listed as "submitted to merchant". thanks for clearing that up, miss angie!

So so sorry to cause the confusion. All the answers you received were great answers! I simply gave the wrong answer to your ticket! Hopefully we'll see that credit come through for real in a few days!
