As someone who is....well....anal about planning my own Disney trips, it is very irritating for me to navigate the Disney World website and get park hours and ride closure information.
You have to click on each and every day to see hours, parade times, and a list of rides closed that day.
The beauty of being a Disney Travel Agent is that we have access to the master Park Hour documents for each month, as they're published. Each month is consolidated into one handy PDF document, with each park listed an each and every day of the month listed with hours. They also break out EMH and Parades. It's the easiest thing ever!
We have decided to put these up on our Park Hours (http://www.mouseunlimited.com/resources/parkhours) page so that everyone can benefit from them! We even update the PDF files as Disney increases park hours, which they've been doing a lot recently.
Also on our Park Hours (http://www.mouseunlimited.com/resources/parkhours) page is a list of all of the ride, show, attraction and restaurant refurbs. We even post ones that Disney hasn't posted yet (like Splash Mountain and Crystal Palace). While it may not be perfect, we think it is more helpful than Disney's site.
