I placed an order on Tuesday with Toys R Us, and the order is already pending in my account. :banana: However, my credit is only 40 cents and my order was $49.98 pre-tax and shipping, so with 2% cash back, i was expecting a .99 or 1.00 credit. Is there a different rule for video games? i know they don't give cash back on game systems.

They only reported the purchase as $19.99.

oh no! :( it was 49.98. what do i do? submit a TT with my order confirmation?

Yeah. You'll have to wait a week from purchase, though, because they won't even less us file them until at least 7 days have passed.

By any chance did part of it ship separately?

i think i know what happened now. i checked the order status....one order was shipped by fedex, the other was shipped UPS. the fedex is the $19.99 game, and i bet that's the one that was already credited. i'm going to let it ride for a while and see if anything else credits. thanks tricia :)

hahaha! thank goodness! when i saw the partial credit, i was afraid only half my order went through and the b2g1 games would be sold out. thanks so much, tricia :) as usual, you rock!
