How do I report a problem with a Greenfield survey?

There's one particular Greenfield DS that I tend to get a lot of variations of that ALWAYS freezes on me after about 15 minutes. It's really frustrating...it always seems to be for one specific movie distribution company geared more towards children. Whenever I try to click on the button to report an issue to GF, it takes me to a place where I have to log in with my GF id and password to submit my issue.

I don't have a GF id and password...is there another way to report these problems that I don't know about. I read about people on here reporting their issues w/ GF all the time, so I imagine there's something I'm missing...

There is a link on the SR Daily Survey page under the box where you click to report a survey. Next time just open up a new window when a survey "dies" on you and click on that link and put in all of the information (including the link) there.
