I would go with Target and at least get the price reduction from your Target card. It's possible that they would pay a commission. They exclude "portable electronics" but don't say specifically if that includes trackers.

I added Capsul back again after temporarily deactivating them. It looks like they just temporarily ran out of money in their account. And ShareASale turns off merchants that do that (as opposed to all of the other networks that just let them do into default and never pay the affiliates for the sales).
