I know I have to wait 7 days before filling out a trouble ticket but I just saw that my postcards I ordered today are already showing up as a hold yet the BIG order for my DD birthday invitations I placed on the 16th isn't in my history or Current Earnings yet. I did click thru the banner but is this normal since it was a sale and not a freebie?

Thanks for your help- I am still learning the ropes.

It's completely normal for shopping to take up to a week to even show up in your account because we get all of those manually and a lot of times the merchants wait until they ship the products. So I wouldn't be worried yet. :)
