Credit for Snapfish and Clark

I created a new account and placed an order with both companies last week. I ordered additional prints thinking this was ok since I purchased more than just the free prints. I haven't seen credit for either. Does anyone know if you have to purchase something other than prints to receive credit?

You just have to order above the number of free credits they tell you. I think they take a week or two to credit. Have you checked back in your history to the day you placed the order? Just incase it is buried in your list.

Yes I checked. As long as know it is normal to take a little bit...I can be patient :rolleyes:

Have you recieved the pictures? Alot of them dont credit until they ship. I would say if you dont see anything by Sunday night then I would be concerned. Shopping credits usually update on Sundays so keep an eye out.

I placed an order with clark last week and got credit within the next day or so. I also received the pictures today.
