Please help with ebay(slightly OT)

I registered and bid on something to get credit last week. I just got an email that I actually won the item. It is payment by paypal only. I tried to pay on ebay, but it didn't have an option for paypal. What do I do?

Email the seller and ask for an invoice. See if that works.
