Roku as a paid offer?

While I was searching the forum for Roku info, I noticed that in Sept. this year it was a paid offer. Is it still???? Although the link from the shopping page isn't working, I checked out their site directly and it looks great. Would def. be interested in it as a gift, but would also be def. interested in a higher payout ;)
