Apple ITunes TT filing question

I need to file a TT for an ITunes purchase from last month. The thing is, there are 3 possible dates to put in and I'm not sure which is the one SR needs to see.

I preordered a CD 11/15 through SR.

I downloaded my preorder 11/17 and went through SR.

I received my confirmation email from them 11/20.

Normally, I would have expected the credit to show up pending 11/20, as it always seems to happen the day I get the email. For some reason, that didn't happen this time.

hmm I'd go with the date in the confirmation email but include all 3 dates in the message part.
