Santa Letter Credit Problem

I did one of the Santa Letter offers on 12/08. I got the confirmation e-mail and put it into pending. My credit is not pending, and it said that it is a fast-crediting offer. Should I open a trouble ticket for this, or should I wait 10 days first?

I did one of the Santa Letter offers on 12/08. I got the confirmation e-mail and put it into pending. My credit is not pending, and it said that it is a fast-crediting offer. Should I open a trouble ticket for this, or should I wait 10 days first?

A mod can correct me but I believe that you cannot put a TT in for an offer. It even says it on the TT page. This is what it says: Offers and Surveys: We are unable to dispute any surveys, freebies, or free trials. If you have cancelled a paid trial before at least 7 days, we are unable able to dispute a credit.

Not sure if a paid offer counts but a mod can clarify.
