Has anyone else had to file a TT with Disenyshopping.com? Any idea how long it takes for the merchant response? Mine has been open since 9/6 and I was hoping it would go through before the end of the month.

I filed one 9/8 and it's not resolved as yet either. It shows it has been submitted to the merchant so I'm patiently waiting.:sun:

I think they usually do these every couple of weeks. But Disney is VERY good about responding. We don't always get the credits, but they at least tell us yes or no.
