Problem with Two Cent survey

I took a two cent survey (as a supermember), and did not receive credit. I waited a bit and decided to try again in case the first one didn't take. I was allowed to take another one, but didn't receive credit for the that either. Anyone have any ideas why?

I didn't receive credit yesterday and last week one day.
Last week, I cleaned out my cookies before I received credit.
And yesterday, I forgot to clean out my cookies before I did the survey.
The SM is pretty touchy. You have to clean out your cache after you do the regular Daily Survey, so you can do the SM survey.

I have never had problems with the SM survey crediting but I have had FOUR not credit in the past week. I have been doing them exactly the same (clearing cookies, etc.). Usually, if I take a second one it will credit but once even the second attempt didn't credit. :computer: Very frustrating!

I too am missing at least 3, maybe 4 over the last 5 or so days! I keep hoping they will show up but every time I check NADA

Well, I just got one credit from a two cent. Who knows which day it is for and it was at least a 2 day creditor. I didn't take one yesterday because why do them if they don't credit. I am still unsure if I want to waste my time on them. I want the 50 cents but don't want to spend 30 minutes and then get nothing. Knowing full well I got the thank you page and someone got my information!

I keep forgetting that the Y2C is not an hourly creditor for nonSMs. I am wondering if the people who run it have been on vacation and yall might be seeing a bunch of credits come through next week after the holidays are over.

I'm having a hard time getting any response on these. If Super Members are not having problems but regular member are, I think I will move the Y2C all back to the same advertiser (the one that the SMs are currently with).

For what it's worth...I have taken one through the SM link everyday this month and have not had any crediting issues.

I don't know what the heck is going on with them and no one will answer me.:( Because we don't work directly with Greenfield on those, it is a lot harder to diagnose tracking issues.

As a SM, I have never had trouble getting credit for these in the past. Last night I clicked on the link from the SM lounge, completed a survey, got the Congrats page, and never received credit.

I did not receive credit for my 2 cents survey from last night either. It was a very long survey where I had to watch a popular 45 minute talk show and then answered questions after. I know I didn't go too fast because almost the whole survey was watching the show.

Are you remembering to clear cookies before taking SM or 2 cent surveys? My SM survey credited this morning with no problem.

The only time all week that i've even been able to qualify for a SM survey was monday, and then it didn't even credit! I've never had a problem with them before.....I wonder what's going on.

If you are not a SM then it will credit like the Daily Surveys do and not on the top of the next hour after completion. So it will depend on when the credits get reported in to Tricia and then she can upload them.

I knew that non-SM wouldn't credit on the hour. I was a SM last quarter and was having trouble with credits then too. I am not a SM this quarter and the credit took 2 days. I had posted that I didn't receive credit the next day and was just clarifying that the credit had finally posted because apparently I'm not the only one having issues. :)

I have also had problems with the Two Cents surveys not crediting but haven't mentioned it until now.

I took one yesterday and havne't gotten credit and over the past few weeks I've taken a few, some have credited, but some never did.

I'm not a SM if that matters I don't know....

It is frustrating to get the whole survey done and never have it credit though. :(

The regular daily surveys are DEFINITELY more reliable than the Your Two Cent surveys. I'm still thinking of moving everyone over to the place that I run the SMs through, though, because theirs seem at least a little more reliable.

I certainly can see how you could be confused, lol. So many surveys to figure out. The Daily Survey is the Greenfield Survey for .90 cents as you guessed. The AMP surveys are the ones that credit for .75 cents. The Two Cents surveys credit for .50 cents for regular members, .60 for Super Members. You cannot take a Two Cents survey unless you've completed the Daily Survey first. I suppose they could all be classified as "regular daily surveys" since you can try for them each day. Hope that clarifies it a wee bit for you.

I probably get credit for SM survey's 50% of the time.
I'm a SM, and those survey's are very fickle.

My DH completed a SM survey on sports and it didn't credit at the top of the hour. Are there still issues going on with the Two Cents surveys?
