Has anybody had issues with Deep Discount? I ordered in November...order sent out December 2nd and still no package! They say 5-10 days for shipping but this is ridiculous! Of course, no tracking available!

Yes I had a problem with an item I ordered also it took over 3 weeks to get it I started to think I had imagined ordering it because it took so long. They don't always tell you that the item is backordered and that delays the shipping.

Had similar problems with them last year and have decided never to buy from them again. They have horrible communication and very slow shipping.

Big UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Need all 3 of my items and with the approaching storm I may not get a chance to get out to replace them!

I got 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. They said one was backordered but then it said it shipped...so who knows where that is?!

No response from an email to them...I will have to find a number to call.

FWIW, once I waiting in their 1800 #, I was able to get somebody who solved my problem.
