View Full Version : My order was lost in the mail

I have a credit pending for shopping but I had to get a credit for the item from the company before I even got the order. After about 10 emails with them and one useless phone call, they agreed that the package was lost in the mail and I would never get it. They are issuing me a credit.

My question is... how do I let you know that I shouldn't get this entire credit amount because I didn't actually get the items?

If I am correct, the company will probably let SR know. You may see a reversal in a few weeks for that one item. Some companies notify SR of things like that every few weeks while others wait a while and do a bunch at a time.
