1/1 I have never tried for the survey contest but with the new contest I will be trying. :) I used to get so frustrated to try like 20 times before getting one that I gave up. I started doing them at the end of September and maybe I have grown more patient because I just kept at it while working on other things online and it isn't so bad.

Oct 1- finally got one for mike to do on shopping he did between July and Sept. We are 1/25!
Oct 2 - finally got one for me to do on recent product purchases and my positive/negative experiences. We are 2/25!!!
Oct 3 - did the 30 minute chocolate bar one only to not be directed back to SR :mad: made Mike do one on cars 3/25!!
Oct 4 - did the hybrid one earlier (yes I knew better) and of course after finishing I didn't qualify. So I just went back and got a random Greenfield survey that asked all of 5 questions and sent me to the congrats page. 4/25!!
Oct 5 - finally got one on car adverts. 5/25!
Oct 6- finally got one on steakhouses 6/25
Oct 7 - couldn't qualify for anything but mike qualified for the steakhouse survey. Based on the reports from others I gave him the go ahead to do it since he qualified for it this time around and we are different demographics 7/25
Oct 8 - oh thank the lord. I finally got a survey on invisalign and it worked and I got the congrats/exceeded my limit message. If all that is left are those darned OTX surveys I'm in trouble. 8/25
Oct 9 - after much fighting with OTX today I got a normal greenfield survey on IHOP. It was very short - 10 min max. 9/25
Oct 10 - exited out of OTX twice before getting a normal survey on my feelings on owning my own business. Very short - 5 mins tops! 10/25 woo hoo $1 bonus reached.
Oct 11 - got a short one on Vodka :) 11/25
Oct 12 - yippee!! another short one on shutterfly and other similar photo hosting websites. 12/25!!
Oct 13 - out of town so will take the day off
Oct 14 - finally got a painless one on carbonated soft drinks and the HEB brand ones. 13/25!
Oct 15 - got one on the 3rd try about sandwich places (Quizznos in particular) 14/25!
Oct 16 - man did I luck out. I got a Nielson ratings survey on Rambo and it credited! I never have luck with Nielson and I said I was not interested in that movie at all. 15/25!!
Oct 17 - Computer Survey - medium length with repetative questions but not too bad. 16/25!!
Oct 18 - Mike got a quick one on if he'd use online communication with his medical insurance provider. 17/25!
Oct 19 - had a Phoenix survey about bank adverts today. 20ish minutes. 18/25
Oct 20 - I had some problems today so Mike was able to qualify to take one on high end cell phones that took 5 minutes. 19/25
Oct 21 - Mike got one on carbonated frozen drinks 20/25! I just hit the $3 bonus level. 5 more to go to get $5!!!
Oct 22 - Got one to join a carbonated drink survey panel. It did not take me back to SR but I got the exceeded limit message so I'm going with it. 21/25
Oct 23 - I started one at 10pm on healthy energy drinks but it started getting too confusing and I didn't have enough brain power to deal with it so I'm taking tonight off.
Oct 24 - We can't seem to qualify for any!!! grr. Maybe we'll have better luck tomorrow.
Oct 25 - Finally got a quick one asking me to join the Clean Team. Didn't take me back to SR but it did give me the exceeded my limit message so I'm thinking its a crediting one :) 22/25
Oct 26 - Mike took one on an upcoming direct to dvd movie that was really quick. 23/25
Oct 27 - Mike took one on upcoming video games. Pretty quick and easy. 24/25!
Oct 28 - I couldn't qualify so once again Mike took one that was 5 minutes long on hotel chains. 25/25!!! $5 bonus achieved!!!
Oct 29 - I had an odd time today. Got 2 weird surveys that I didn't qualify for but when I tried a 3rd time I got the exceeded limit message and credit so 26/25
Oct 30- got one on upcoming movie releases 27/25
Oct 31 - decided to take a break today and get ready for the new month tomorrow.

Yep - astroglide & condoms & it did pay. Thanks for letting me know to check for the "daily limit" page, though. I didn't do that because the survey ended like the rest have that I've been paid for. I suppose I shouldn't take it for granted that I'm done and should always double check. I'm learning so much from the forum! Thanks for your advice!

Today I actually feel human! Last week into this week I couldn't shake the fever and bodyaches. Had been taking anti's for a sinus infection so I think that's why it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Now I'm getting better, but man I've NEVER been that sick before! Thanks again!

i have a question, I have taken surveys every day, but for some reason it still shows me how many i did for Aug and Sept. i only joined this month in October, how do you know or find out how many you have for October, or do you just have to keep track yourself?:confused:

Triaca should be updateing that soon it usualy takes a few days for her to change the months on the survey count! You can check your account history and see how many you have received credit for in OCT if you would like to know, I am sure trica is just alittle behind as she is moving and it was the start of a new quarter so very very busy!

I know that you can get credits for doing the scratcher game, but it also says you can get credits for playing games. How does that work, do you get them if you get a high score or something? or just for those tournaments that happen sometimes.

I have tried ALL day, and FINALLY I got one, another car commercial one. I have done several of these and enjoy them because I want a new car and I am learning all about the new cars that are out there.

I can not tell you how many financial surveys I have worked on for 5+ minutes, each, just to get booted. Yuck!!! They are painful even when they credit.

I took a survey early in the afternoon yesterday and it took me back to SR page and said I had completed the study. I don't remember what it was on but I remember that it was one that many had said they were booted out on or were not taken back to the SR page. Later last night I went back to see if I got the message that I had exceeded my limit and I was allowed to take another survey.

So....I don't know if that means the 1st one really did not go through OR it was one of those that has that "fluke" with it and allows 2 in one day. THe second survey was on Steak Houses. I was booted out on earlier attempts on that one but at 10:30 it let me take it.

Guess I will find out on Monday.

It should get better, try not to answer too quick, they changed it a while back and if you answer too quick, it will tell you, you did not qualify. I usually have a couple of windows open and do things inbetween the survey. I am doing extremely good for this month, but like I said, I took over a month off from doing them. Sometimes you have to be persistent and keep trying and finally after a few of not qualifiying I will get one to go through. Just keep trying, dont give up. :sunshine: :sunshine:

Thanks for the tip! Not familiar with those cities - I've only been up north to drive through Shreveport into TX. I have a friend who lives in Waterproof, but I've never been there.

Yes it tracks by your email address. Once you complete a certain survey you should not do it again unless the company hosting the survey changes parts of the survey and thus makes it a "new" survey.

I ended with a screen that had a form submit button "Click here when finished" or something like that. I clicked it and it took me back to SR congrats screen, SR then gave me an exceeded limit page. So guess I'll just have to wait until tomorrow to see if it gets credit. Not too worried, I've never gotten the exceeded message and not received credit.

Thanks for the heads up though! I'm wondering if it has anything to do w/ pop up blockers. Mine is disabled, and this was definitely a pop up.

Newbie, with questions! We can do ONE survey per day right, but only if we qualify for one of them, with sevaral different chances right? I did get a survey today, car ads, didn't qualify yesterday (my first day). Is there a trick to making sure you qualify for them?

I have not found a trick other then to just keep trying, sometimes people have found that haveing others do the survey for them works, they put in their demographics and e-mail and do the survey for you...But just try and try and try, try at different hours, some days its very easy to get a survey and others it is just so hard....

Also GO S-L-O-W!!!! If you find you are getting booted out after only a couple of questions it is normally bexause you are answering too fast. Go slow and that also usually helps.

I guess they view a quick completion as meaning you're not properly (or at all) reading the questions and just filling any random answer. It sucks for people like us who are big readers and read quickly. I just usually read the forum or something in addition to doing a survey so that it takes longer to ensure I'll get credit.

Okay, I finally got one after a couple of those that I didn't qualify for and it was an OTX, I got out of it and tried again and got another OTX, so I decided, what the heck and went through it. It started off asking about medical issues for about 10 minutes then it went to pampers. :confused: I did manage to complete it after an entire hour, but I did get the congrats page and I went back to try and take another one and I got the exceeded page, so I'm hoping it will pay out on tomorrow! I just did the fastest survey EVER. It asked me the normal questions first, how many kids etc. Then it said onto another subject...
My experience with smoking, it gave about 8 different responses and I answered and that was it. It told me my answers were submitted and so I figured that was too easy, tried again but no it told me I met my quota.

I had the same problem with the OTX surveys today. Every time I was booted from an OTX survey I got routed into another OTX survey. I must have tried 30 surveys in over an hour before I finally qualified for one on soup. Thankfully it wasn't an OTX but it was so long. Puts me at 9/9 for the month.

You can still keep trying. Close out of SR and then go back and try again. I have had time where I have to try 20-30 times. I will get a message saying there are no surveys available so I close out and go back after a few minutes. Eventually I get one. Last month I got a survey each day and this month so far I have gotten one each day.

I just did the pet odor product survey, too. It only took maybe three minutes. Super, super easy. Surveys like this make up for the 1+ hour surveys and the surveys that I finish but don't get directed back to the sunshine rewards completion page. I guess it all evens out sometimes.
