New DS Issue

After trying since 7:30 am, i was finally able to get and complete a survey about magazines....or....i thought i completed it. at the end, instead of the SR congrats page, i got this page:

do i try for another survey? is this something new, or am i just unlucky this month? can't get a survey to save my life the past couple of days. :(

no one else has had this happen? anyone know what i should do? try for another DS or no? this will be 2 days without a survey after getting one every day for almost 2 months...i'm ready to cry. the DS is the only thing i have time to do consistently, every day.
