I've sent an email yesterday to the help@ address and received an automated reply. How long does it take for a member to get reactivated? And also if there was money in the account does it go poof too?

I think I was actually just looking at your account. :)

If your account goes inactive because you have not logged in, we CAN reactivate it. Unlike a lot of other rewards sites, you do not lose your money no matter how long it has been since you were active. Give your account a shot now and see if you can get in.

I did a search here and found previous threads about how the initial help email might get sent to spam so I thought I would post on the forum. :o Another question, how long does a member have to be inactive to become "inactive"?

It's usually 90 days but it can also be if emails keep getting bounced back to us.
