I'm going to ask SG if he can start putting a button on the Trouble Tickets that would allow everyone to close them themselves if they are satisfied. Hopefully he can do that pretty easily.

The new link is now ready for use. For any open ticket, you will see a link that says "Click here to close this ticket". Click on that and the ticket will be closed and you will be redirected back to your tickets.

The link is at the top of the ticket just above the "Message Dialog" and is only visible on open/pending tickets.
