Not staying logged in

I log in, click to view offers and I'm told I need to log in. It happens over and over-I am not clicking the option to not store my password either.

Do you have some kind of cleaner program that is running on your computer that is deleting your cookies maybe?

The same thing has been happening to me for about an hour. I log in but then I get logged out when I try to click on any link.

that used to happen to me. now after i have logged in i close my browser completely and then get back on sr and it seems to keep the cookie longer and you are still logged in. try that and see if that helps.:sunshine:

I've been reading about this happening to some people on all of this sort of message board recently. That it's an issue with the way the board itself is. I know llnoe is having problems with it, and that was their explanation...

What browser are you using. I'm using Mozilla and having the same problem but IE seems to be fine.

Working fine today-I use Chrome.
