How long is too long for these to be resolved? I have some from November. Just wondered if I should say c'est la vie, or if there was a hope in hades that I will ever see the credits?

some of our merchants we can only file with monthly, so if it falls in that category, there is a chance we haven't even heard back from them. We normally say after 3 months, chances are you probably won't see a credit, but thats not always true. Travel merchants seem to take as long as 3 months or more.
