how do you know if your cashout has been mailed?

i did 3 cashouts for disney gc at the end of december and i was wondering how you can tell on your account if they have been processed and mailed? i think they just say debit?? We are leaving for WDW on Feb5 so I am hoping they come soon and I did not wait too long! THanks!

All Disney cashouts through December 27 have been mailed. The next batch will go out next week.

thanks...i just looked and i cashed out the last one on 12-26...do you know when they were mailed out?? i know i haven't gotten them yet?

It really depends on the cashouts, but the ones with the most recent dates were sent out yesterday.

Tricia is there maybe a way to have a status update for cashouts? It might stop the questions you get about if something has shipped. Not sure how hard it is to do and if it would cause more problems, just a thought.

We've actually looked into it and it would be a good deal of extra work at this point. :(
