I am having trouble with my sunshine rewards I have been trying to cash out my rewards by getting gift certificates. I'm logged in on my account but when I go to redeem it tells me I have to be a member or be logged in when I am already logged in? It also lets me play the scratch off but will not let me do surveys or paid clicks it also says I have to be logged in when i am already logged in can someone please help me?

It sounds like you have something on your computer that is deleting your cookies quickly--like and antivirus program. You MUST have it set to allow cookies or you will just keep getting logged out. It's the only way that we can track a member. Do you have another browser? Or can you check the settings on your browser/antivirus?
