I was getting that message this morning, but just tried again and was able to complete one! So, hopefully they are adding more surveys and you will get one soon!:)
I had been trying off and on during the day with no luck, but about an hour ago, I got one easily! Try again, there may have been more added! :)

I just saw tons of AMP credits roll in. Looks like a new set must be loaded!

I tried earlier and it kept telling me I'd already completed the survey today. Since I haven't done one in two days, I gave up.
Now, I tried again and got one done. I'll just have to see if it credits. I did the DS and Y2C earlier today so it would be great to start out the month with a trifecta:sunshine:.

OK - I see other people are getting trifectas, so obviously people are getting AMPS today , however, several times in the last 2 hours I have gotten the message that all available surveys are filled! Anyone else get that - or am I sort of special?!

This might not be at all helpful...but I am coming from the experience of having horrid, awful luck with AMP traditionally. And things just turned around for me last week, when I stopped offering the non-essential info. You know how on that first page, it has questions that you MUST answer, and then there are the other questions? I only put in what I must. And now I get into the surveys! It's quite a turnaround, so I figured...maybe you're putting in the extra info. They'll ask all those questions later, so we're not keeping any info from them...but I think for some reason, it was just getting me pre-screened out of surveys that I should have gotten into.

bummer! :( I DID get a trifecta yesterday, but my Y2C and AMP did NOT seem to credit, either one! :( today may just be too busy to get time to try for 3 surveys, so guess I'll have to be happy with what I got. ( is there no way I will see credit; some teeny hope that the credits just got backed somewhere! seems a shame to do a survey, get a congrats page, get no credit, especially when the companies did get my info!)

I don't understand, how the survey lets you in.

I always do this. I put in my BD, zipcode, but not education or income. DH puts all his info in, I'm pretty sure. I really don't think it makes a difference as long as you are consistent.

I noticed that when I tried before my 24 hours yesterday (I couldn't remember when I did it Friday) that I was getting the no surveys available (not the old you need to wait X hours to come back) but around 5 or 6 when I tried again I was given the filter questions and was given a survey.

Not sure if there is anything I can do about this, but I thought I would ask. I was taking an AMP survey this morning and it sent me to a survey that was closed. There was no way to advance or go back, so I had to close out. I went to try again and now it is telling me I have taking too many surveys today (even though I didn't get one). I tried clearing cookies and running ccleaner, but I still get the same message. Any ideas?

I don't understand how it might help either, but there is a distinct difference in my success now. From March '07 to a couple months ago, my success was very very low in even getting a (then) OTX survey. Then I changed what I was doing, and boom, much more success.
Before I would be denied almost immediately. Or get in a horrid loop. ALL the time. No, now loops.
It's just an idea! :sunshine:

I followed your suggestion, this am, and got a survey immediately. Might just be luck, but that is not normal...for me.

Since they stopped requiring you to put in all that info, I haven't - I just don't do AMPs more than 10x in a month, because sometimes they've just been a pain to qualify for - and I don't like going over and over some survey questions several weeks in row when I know I won't qualify for the survey this time either!
However, I don't think I've ever had an OTX/AMP not credit for me before, so that's the mystery to me. Also, since it hasn't been 24 hours, maybe that's why I'm getting that no support message once again (but it would be nice to not have to keep waiting until after 10 to take them each night!).
I was at a baby shower until later this afternoon and wasn't able to try my amp until about 3. Couldn't get one and I tried about 5 times...then I just tried again about 30 minutes ago and got in on my 2nd try. And it didn't really seem to be a specific survey for any particular age/gender/ etc...So hopefully if anyone couldn't get in earlier you might be able to get one now! :)

Ok, this is irritating me just a bit. All afternoon, I get the no surveys message, no matter how many times I clear cookies. Now it's after 10, 24 hours since I tried successfully for a survey yesterday (which did not credit) but I still get the message! A little hard to go for a trifecta when you get limited like that (and esp. after you didn't credit for the one you did last anyway! grrr) So anyway, I tried to get trifectas this weekend - but didn't get credit for yesterday's survey, and not being allowed to try for one today. Oh well. ---- never mind, did do more cookie clearing, etc., and finally got one which DID credit!

Haven't taken one since Monday and today after clearing cookies it told me that i couldn't take another since it hasn't been 24hrs yet. :computer: Well is has been like 48 okay. maybe AMPS clocks are on a different times zone than the rest of us.:p Will try again on and off the day to see if I can get one though.

Got a wierd quick on today about toiletries (colognes, shampoo, deoderant, etc) then got a page that said,
" thank you for answering the survey because it is outsourced you will have to wait 1-2 weeks for credit"
LOL I am doubting it will credit

i just got an amp survey and instead of getting the thank you page i got this message:
Thank you for participating!
Due to the survey being performed in an external system, we are unable to credit you for this survey immediately. Please allow a week or two for us to do this.
has anyone ever gotten credit when they get this message and would i be able to take another one if it doesn't credit on the hour? any info you could give me would be greatly appreciated.:thanks:

grrrr - took a 2 day break, got an AMP today, but it did not credit!:computer: That makes 3 this week which have not credited - which really leads me to the question of why these credits cannot be disputed/retrieved, whatever the case may be with them! You put in the time, they get your answers, credit would be nice!:headache:
And I have used both IE and FF, with no luck either way - didn't seem to matter last week/last month when I used FF to do them. Anyway, sorry if this post is too negative and bothers anyone. a bit frustrating, but not going to stew over it anymore!

We cannot dispute them because most survey/offer companies do not take any disputes. They are of the opinion that if it does not credit, it was a problem with the survey taker, not their system. They give us two choices--either play by their rules or don't run the surveys. I've put this to our members time and time again and the majority always responds that they would rather keep the surveys and deal with the non-credits than get rid of them altogether.
99% of our non-credit issues (surveys, offers, and sales total) are a result of a problem on the end of the member and not the company. It's usually either cookies being blocked, a firewall, or an incompatible browser.

It would help if their opinion changed, because it is not always the fault of the survey taker!
If it irritated you that I posted my frustration with the mounting non-credits, I'm sorry. However, it really seems that 3 non-credits in a row in one week are not all my fault, and it is something on their end. I have never had a problem before. My cookies are not blocked, as everything else goes through (except the occasional no credit for Y2C), and I generally use the browser that they say is most compatible, altho there have been no issues up to this point with using the other browser I have.
I will keep trying the AMPs, and if it is so that they start crediting again, wonderful. If not, well, it appears AMP won't be bothered if one little person such as me doesn't do them very much again because of non-crediting!
Sorry to have bothered you with my fuss, and I'll keep any further frustrations to myself.

I didn't say I was irritated by your post. I'm just giving an honest response. Believe me, I wish that we were getting credit. But I would drive myself crazy if I spent too much time on everything that we do NOT get credit on compared to what we do get credit for. For every offer that I post on the site, I probably test 10 others myself and don't get credit. So I know that there are problems. I just want members to understand where I CAN and CANNOT make a difference. Where I CAN make a difference (like getting extra credits from Greenfield of filing disputes with shopping merchants), I follow up as much as I possibly can. But where I CANNOT make a difference, I just have to pass along as much information as I can.

AMP survey's are just frustrating me lately! First that No Survey's Available screen pops up EVERYDAY no matter how many times i clear cookies!! I was only able to get maybe 1/2 the AMPS for last month. Then Saturday i finally got one to qualify and take, and then i finish and get the white page about external server and i won't be receiving credit for it!! :computer: And of course, you can't take another one after that! I don't know what kicks harder, knowing right away you won't get credit and just lost your chance fo the day, or waiting a few hours and finding out it didn't credit.
And now this morning (after not getting an AMP all weekend) I get another error....
Unexpected error
We’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
I'm just venting and I know there is nothing that SR can do about the AMP survey's, but AMP had always been my guaranteed money for the day! Last year i hardly ever had any problems with AMP. Now i'm more like 3x a week! UGH! Atleast the ones i am getting (that credit anyway) are at .90 now! That softens the blow a bit.

Jennifer-i can totally relate and empathize with what you are saying. have been trying for a couple of hours to get an amp and i have not been able to. guess, they haven't loaded any since the weekend. i have found that if you get the error message all you need to do is clear out your cookies and try again (it works for me). try and have a nice day and it will get better.:sunshine:
