We have a new survey opportunity that is specifically targeting moms of little ones of a certain age. We only need 25 people to compete it. It pays 1.00 and should take about 20 minutes if you get in.

I just tried it and got through the "gender", "do you have a child under X months" and then "your birthdate" and it took me to:
