View Full Version : Daily Survey Counts...

I didn't know if this was important enough to open a trouble ticket over, but in case it is happening for anyone else, I thought I would post it here...

When I go in to take a daily survey, my survey counts are still showing September and August. It is not showing how many surveys I have completed for October, even though I have done several.

No biggie. Just thought I'd mention it, in case it is a glitch of some sort.

I think with the Sunshine Family's move, they may just have not updated the page yet.

This happened last month too. It took them a few days into September to post the code for a running survey count for that month. They'll get around to it once things are settled from the move.

Its something Tricia has to change and she normally waits until 5 days worth of surveys for the month have been credited before she changes the script. With today being a holiday the weekend surveys might not get posted until tomorrow which means the survey counts won't get changed until they get posted.

I wouldn't open a TT over this. TT should only be used for shopping that doesn't credit or large paid trials that do not credit within 7-10 business days of doing them.

Numbers just came in today. Take a look and see if they look right.

It seems like there is still so much to do to get settled in. But we are getting there. I'll feel much better when I know where everything is. LOL!

That might take a while, Its i knew were it was in the old house but where did i pack it was it unpacked and where did i put it.... and then its the boxes you will find years latter that were never even unpacked

Glad that cindy has arrived to give a hand, and you have been doing a great job keeping up with SR.

But soon this new house will not be so new and it will just be HOME!!!!!
