Exactly what is it ? and what does it mean when your name is on there ?

The Big board shows who the top 10 earners are and the next 5 clostet members, for the last few months it has been a contest to see which members can earn the most credits if you name is on the top 10 at the end of the month you get a 10% bonus in credits so if you earned 100.00 credits this month and your in the top 10 on the big board you get an extra 10.00 credits aka 10% for winning.....
