I jumped the gun on filing a TT (I figured if Apple Itunes came through, Apple should come through) and I've since gotten credit. It's presently open-will the SR family know enough to close or, or should I do something.

I think if you pm cindy the TT number that would be helpful to her. I think they can search by number and close it out fast that way.
