Amp problem

Last night my daughter took an amp quiz (it requested a child) it abruptley came to an end so I wasnt sure if it had completed for me to get credit. I thought I would try to take one and did make it all the way through to the end. I assumed hers must have been incomplete. I still have not received any credit. I usually am credited shortly after the first hour I take it. Today it is telling me they are out of surveys which means I have taken 1 in the last 24 hrs. I think. Any ideas on what is going on?

I just got the same survey...twice. I brought my dd to the computer, she put in her age and boom...got the thank you for taking our survey page. It did not come up to the "you do not qualify" page. So I went back in to try to get into another survey. It let me in, but gave me the same survey with the exact same result. I will try one more time...but this is a pain.
