How long for hotel credits?

I have 5 reservations for a hotel stay that is known to have issues with paying you guys. Check out day was over 2 weeks ago. Should I fill out the TT now, or wait a little longer to see if they come in?

Yep, fill out a TT. I had to do that after my hotel stay at the "M" place. Tricia was able to get me credit from them. Good luck!

I think they only give SR credit once a month so I typically wait until closer to that 30 day mark.
